About my blog and my love for BJJ

I developed a deep passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). As I immersed myself in learning and practicing BJJ, I found joy in sharing my experiences and the benefits of this martial art. This passion inspired me to write about BJJ and encourage others to start training. By sharing what I love, I hope to connect with people who are interested in BJJ and motivate them to begin their own journey.

My first steps towards BJJ

Throughout my life, I've always been a competitive person with a deep passion for martial arts. I began my journey in judo at the age of 11, quickly moving into the competitive scene and achieving great success, accumulating numerous medals along the way.

At the age of 23, I discovered Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and instantly fell in love with the sport. Initially, I trained three times a week, but my desire to improve quickly and challenge larger opponents motivated me to seek out more intense training opportunities.

When I couldn't find the right training environment in my neighborhood, I decided to take a bold step and travel to Brazil. There, I had the honor of earning my Black Belt under Professor Barbosa, a milestone that significantly shaped my journey in BJJ.

Today, my focus is no longer on competing. Instead, I am dedicated to helping others achieve their BJJ goals and unlock their full potential. I am particularly passionate about coaching young people and female athletes, fostering a supportive and empowering environment for all my students.

In addition to teaching, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and reflections through my blog, where I write about various aspects of BJJ. My goal is to inspire others and contribute to the growth of this incredible martial art.
